SCP 000 – Transparent and Fair Platform Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of SCP 000 Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and SCP 000 ("Platform", "We", or "the Company") in connection with your use of the scp000.xyz website and all related services. This document governs your relationship with our platform in every respect — from account registration, deposits and withdrawals, and bonus usage, to betting activity and account termination.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions: (a) registering an account at SCP 000; (b) make any deposit into your account; (c) place any bet through our platform; or (d) use any part of our platform, whether via a web browser or any mobile device. This acceptance is all-or-nothing — you cannot accept some terms while rejecting others.

• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the player and SCP 000.
• Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
• In the event of a conflict between the Malay version and any other version, the Malay version shall be the definitive reference for Malaysian players.
• These terms are interpreted and governed by applicable law.

2. Eligibility to Use the SCP 000 Platform

To be eligible to use the services of SCP 000, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. SCP 000 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documentation to confirm your identity, age, and location. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement may result in your account being suspended or closed.

3. Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at SCP 000. This is a core rule with no exceptions, regardless of circumstance. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your real name, an alias, or another person's identity — constitutes serious fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances (including any pending winnings).

• One person, one account — no exceptions, under any circumstances.
• Each account must use a unique, active email address belonging to the player.
• Each account must be registered with a unique, active Malaysian phone number in the player's name.
• Account passwords are entirely the user's responsibility. SCP 000 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• SCP 000 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC), including a copy of your MyKad or other identification document, at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals for new accounts.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used by anyone other than the registered account holder.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

SCP 000 accepts deposits via a variety of popular and legitimate payment methods available in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies and do not perform any currency conversion. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for all payment methods.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the verified player. SCP 000 does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Funds deposited into your SCP 000 account may only be used for gaming activity within the platform.
• If a deposit fails to process due to a technical issue on the payment provider's end, no funds will be deducted from your bank account or e-wallet. Please contact support if you experience any issues.
• SCP 000 reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of originating from illegal sources or linked to fraudulent activity.

5. Withdrawals and Related Conditions

Players are entitled to withdraw their cash balance (excluding any bonus balance with unfulfilled rollover requirements) from their account SCP 000 at any time, subject to completed identity verification and all applicable conditions. Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for accounts that have fully completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Before the first withdrawal can be processed, players must complete identity verification by submitting the required documents (MyKad or passport).
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same name as the player's SCP 000 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• In cases involving security reviews or additional verification, SCP 000 reserves the right to extend the processing time to up to 48 hours. Players will be notified by email if this occurs.
• SCP 000 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on withdrawals where suspicious activity is detected, where terms have been violated, or where identity verification is incomplete.
• Deposits that are not used for any betting activity may be subject to additional review before a withdrawal is approved, to prevent the platform from being used as a funds transfer facility.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

All promotions and bonuses offered by SCP 000 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions as stated in each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses and promotions are as set out below. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Each player is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only. Any attempt to claim it more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.
• All bonuses have a validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Any bonus that is unused or whose rollover requirement is not met within this period will expire automatically.
• The wagering amount counted towards rollover may vary depending on the game type. For example, certain games with a very low house edge may only contribute a partial amount towards the full wagering value.
• SCP 000 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, including but not limited to systematic hedging.
• Promotions are for the personal use of the registered player only. Coordinating betting strategies across multiple accounts to exploit promotions is a serious violation of our terms.

7. General Betting & Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming at SCP 000 conducted in accordance with the rules established for each category — sports, Live Casino, table games, slots, lottery, and E-Sports. Bets that have been confirmed and credited to your bet slip are considered final. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their selections are correct before confirming. SCP 000 will not reverse any bet that has been validly placed due to player error.

• All match and game results that determine the outcome of a wager are final once declared by the official organiser of the relevant match or game.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate the payout, even if the odds change afterwards.
• SCP 000 is not liable for any bets that fail to go through due to connectivity issues on the player's end. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before placing any bets.
• All casino games and slots use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited by third-party testing bodies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet result, the transaction records in the SCP 000 system are final.
• Betting strategies deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform — such as the use of bots, automation software, or bug exploitation — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

8. Account Security & Player Responsibilities

Account security SCP 000 is a shared responsibility. While we employ the latest security technologies — including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time threat detection — you also play a key role in keeping your account secure.

• Never share your SCP 000 account password with anyone, including family members. SCP 000 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Always log out of your account when using a public or shared device. Review your account page regularly for any unrecognised activity.
• Report immediately to the SCP 000 support team if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. SCP 000 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with another person.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security. This is strongly recommended, especially for accounts with a high balance.

9. Suspension, Account Closure, and Self-Exclusion

SCP 000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other players. Players may also request the closure of their own account, or enrol in the self-exclusion program.

• SCP 000 reserves the right to close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or a serious breach of our terms.
• If an account is closed by SCP 000 due to a terms violation, all bonuses and winnings associated with that violation may be forfeited. Any legitimate deposit balance may be returned at SCP 000's discretion.
• Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting our support team. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal upon identity verification.
• A self-exclusion programme is available for players who wish to set limits or take a temporary or permanent break from playing. Contact support to initiate the process. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the designated period.

10. SCP 000 Liability Limits

SCP 000 provides a platform using reasonable best efforts to ensure continuous, secure, and fair service. However, there are liability limitations you should understand before using our platform.

• SCP 000 is not liable for losses arising from service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures beyond our control, or interruptions caused by force majeure events.
• SCP 000 is not responsible for the quality of a player's internet connection, device failures, or technical issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.
• Betting and gaming carry a real risk of financial loss. SCP 000 does not guarantee any profits or returns to players. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
• SCP 000's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances shall not exceed the player's net deposit amount in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11. Data Privacy & Personal Information Protection

SCP 000 collects and processes your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also agree to how we collect, use, and protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is stored securely using AES 256-bit encryption and protected by industry-standard security infrastructure.
• SCP 000 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies where required by applicable Malaysian law.

12. Amendments to Terms & Conditions and Final Provisions

SCP 000 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to players. Amendment notices will be sent to registered email addresses and/or prominently displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

• Players will be notified of significant amendments via email and in-platform notifications. It is the player's responsibility to ensure the email address on their account remains active and up to date.
• Continued use of the SCP 000 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
